EMPIRE MARQUÊS HOTEL

Full refurbishment and expansion of an existing office building, spread over six floors, for the hotel function. The building built in 1970 was made for an institution function, with this new project it will be converted into a 2 stars hotel, aiming to maintain and preserve the architectural ensemble image.

The aims for the project are the construction of 44 bedrooms and the building expansion with one more level, with the new organization of the roof. The elevated floors are occupied with bedrooms and on the ground floor are located the common areas: lobby, living room, dining room, services, and a small conference/meetings room. On the basement floor are located the technical services.
