MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
Refurbishment of an old hostel, converted into a 3-star hotel with 42 rooms, spread over five floors. The challenge of this rehabilitation lies in the surgical intervention of the existing structure, minimizing the impact on the weight of the constructive solutions, but at the same time optimize and improve the existing Architecture design, with an increase in the number of rooms and the overall useful space of the hotel.
