MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
Full remodeling and expansion of an institutional building converted to a 3 stars hotel with 36 bedrooms. The hotel spreads over seven floors, connected by two staircases, with an extension of the roof floor in LSF structural profile. With the remodeling, it managed to incorporate a breakfast room and kitchen, as an outdoor leisure space, in order to provide better quality to its future users.
